We promise, your jar hasn’t been short-filled. Every jar contains the full 1kg of protein powder as advertised. The reason it may look half full is simply because the jar itself is larger than needed, leaving extra space inside.
We also use larger jars so there’s plenty of space for the powder to move during transport and for easy scooping once opened. If you were to weigh the contents, you’d see it’s exactly as promised, 1kg of high-quality protein powder, every time.
