1. General Return Conditions & Process

If your items are eligible for a return (please note our exclusions below), please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact our support team at uksupport@protein.com within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intent to return.

Step 2: Once your return is acknowledged by our team, the items must be safely returned to us within 14 days. In total, all returned items must reach our facility within 28 days of the original purchase date.

Step 3: Pack your items securely. You must obtain and retain proof of delivery and a tracking number from your chosen courier.

Please share a copy with us so we can track your return.

Step 4: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 2–5 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

Important Notice on Product Exclusions

Please be advised that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for SLIM Meal Replacement, Fat Burning Protein Powder, Clear Whey, once they have been delivered, even if they are un-opened. This is because these are food products, they are strictly excluded from our return policy for health and hygiene reasons.

Item Condition for Returns
All eligible items must be returned to us unused, unopened, and in a fully resaleable condition, with all original seals intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product packaging has been compromised or shows any signs of use.

2. Processing Fees & Return Costs

Return Shipping: The customer is solely responsible for covering the cost of return delivery.

Processing Fee: Please note that we do not offer free returns. A £4.99 processing and handling fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount.

3. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items (Exclusions)

Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, your right of return does not apply to the following goods, which are strictly considered final sale:

Food Products:

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for Slim Meal Replacement, Fat Burning Protein Powder, or Clear Whey Protein Powder once they have been delivered.

Promotional Items & Bundles:

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not offered on bundles, special promotions, or items purchased as part of limited-time offers or discounted sales, including free items or gifts.

Individual body chemistry, genetics, diet, and fitness regimes differ from person to person, meaning a product that functions perfectly for one individual may not work the same way for everyone.

Taste and Texture: While our powders are developed for great taste and smooth mixing, individual preferences and preparation methods vary. We do not guarantee or refund items based on personal preferences regarding taste, flavour, or consistency.
