Returns Policy
We offer quick and simple returns for all our customers. Follow the 3 simple steps in order to return any items.
1) Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Orders must be returned to us within 28 days of purchase. Email us at uksupport@protein.com
2) Once you have processed your return you have 14 days to return your item to us. Make sure the items are wrapped securely and remember to ask for proof of delivery from your chosen delivery service. Customer is responsible for return delivery cost.
3) Once we have processed your return you will receive an email confirming we have received your unwanted items. Please allow 2-5 days for the refund to be credited to the original payment method.
4) Please note, we do not offer free returns, so there will be a £4.99 processing fee which will be deducted from the total.
NOTE: We do NOT accept returns or refunds for orders of Slim Meal Replacement, Fat Burning Protein Powder or Clear Whey Protein Powder once they have been delivered. This is because it is a food product.
Please be advised that returns, exchanges, or refunds are not offered on bundles, special promotions, or items purchased as part of limited-time offers or discounted sales. These types of purchases are considered final sale. We encourage our customers to carefully review all product details and pricing before completing their purchase. Once the order has been processed, we are unable to accommodate returns or adjustments for these specific items, as they are excluded from our standard return policy. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to assist with any questions or concerns prior to making a purchase.
