I’ve tried a lot of different shake meal replacements over the years and I have to say these are by far my favourite. They thicken up brilliantly and the flavours are amazing. I love the coffee one in the morning. Chocolate one is good at curbing that chocolate crave. Latest one I tried is the white chocolate and raspberry and this is also really nice as well. There’s no powered taste and I have mine with soya, oat or almond milk.

Dates are on the pics, speak for themselves really. So I'm having shake in the morning with 1 tablet, shake at lunch again with 1 tablet. Main meal between 5-6pm with 2 tablets, I have at times felt slightly hungry so I've had carrot sticks and houmous. Due to my schedule and plans I have sometimes had my main meal at lunch with 2 tablets, and my shake with 1 tablet between 5-6pm basically swapped it round. Obviously still working well with almost a stone gone in just under 2 weeks, first pic 6/7 second pic 18/7.
