I take these after supper rather than before bed and they really help with hunger at night when I would normally reach for snacks. Also I find falling asleep much easier and less restless during the night when taking these! If I don’t take them I can really see the difference
I have taken bodyfat burner day, collagen fat burner along with bodyfat burner night for three weeks - I have not lost any ounce, very disappointed, as I do like your protein shakes.

Hi, order 3 favours last night, pineapple & coconut, Raspberry an White Chocolate, and Chocolate, however l got Strawberry. Everytime I put Chocolate in my order it kept changing to Strawberry.
Although I've already tried the pineapple and coconut.
I am dissapointed that I didn't get the Chocolate flavour.
I now look more slimmer than when I started and I'm receiving lots of compliments, I have not weighed myself until I finish this bottle I want to see how much loss at the end but definitely loosing.

Dates are on the pics, speak for themselves really. So I'm having shake in the morning with 1 tablet, shake at lunch again with 1 tablet. Main meal between 5-6pm with 2 tablets, I have at times felt slightly hungry so I've had carrot sticks and houmous. Due to my schedule and plans I have sometimes had my main meal at lunch with 2 tablets, and my shake with 1 tablet between 5-6pm basically swapped it round. Obviously still working well with almost a stone gone in just under 2 weeks, first pic 6/7 second pic 18/7.

As an older lady losing weight is hard. I take 3 tablets at lunch time along with a shake and skinny bar. I tend to lose 1 pound a week, however I do still enjoy a treat about 3 times a week so understandable. I'm happy and that's what counts.
